A 50% deposit is required at time of reservation.
The entire deposit will be refunded if a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival; except for the two week Christmas season and the one week Spring Break when a 35 day notice is required for 100% refund and a 20 day notice for a 50% refund. Cancellations inside the above periods will forfeit the entire deposit. Monthly summer rentals require a $250 deposit for each month reserved. Cancellations made after March will forfeit the entire deposit. There is a 5 night minimum for the Prime Peak period and a 4 night minimum for the Peak period except President's Weekend where a 3 night minimum is required. You are contracting for the entire reservation for Prime Peak and Peak periods. Christmas through New Year's reservations require full payment prior to November 25th. Major credit cards accepted. |
