If your group requires a late Check-In, please call us in advance. We'll be glad to make special arrangements. And when you want to extend your stay - for one more thrilling day on the slopes, or 18 more challenging holes of golf - we will accommodate you whenever and however possible.

Senior (65) discounts offered summer and winter. May not be used with any other discount specials.

BASIC RENTAL POLICIES

Minimum stay	2 nights

Spring Break	4 nights

To confirm your Advance Reservation, we must receive a $250 deposit within 7 days of your initial contact. Your balance is due in full 7 days prior to arrival. For Christmas and Spring Break lodging, payment in full must be received 30 days prior to your arrival date.

Payment for rentals may be made by check or we'll be happy to charge your stay to your Visa or MasterCard.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Wildwood properties are highly in demand. Most of the year, reservations cancelled less than 48 hours of arrival will forfeit one night of lodging, otherwise forfeit $25.00.

For Christmas and Spring Break Reservations, cancellations received prior to 15 days of your arrival will forfeit $250. For any cancellation 15 days or less, there will be a $500 deposit forfeit.
