Season’s Greetings!

The holiday season is upon us here in Angel Fire, now we are just waiting for snow! There are many gatherings scheduled for all types of groups and organizations. Be sure to check out the 20th Annual Toy Run at Zebs, International Banks’ Open House, Eagle Nest’s Christmas Potluck, ArtSpace’s 7th Anniversary Gala, and of course Santa on skis to name a few!

This Thursday is Opening Day on the mountain. See below for details.

Please note that the Chamber has new hours. We will now be open on Saturdays and closed Sundays and Mondays.

You should have received a packet in the mail explaining the new Membership Packages. We hope you are pleased with the fantastic new benefits! We’d love your feedback, so give us a ring!

There are many opportunities for volunteer service this time of year. Are you looking for a way to get involved? We have many options for you.

This will be the last eNews until 2011. As you may have heard, I am leaving the Chamber and moving to Evergreen, Colorado. The newsletter will resume once the board has found a replacement or when Cathy has some time to get it out. If you are tech savvy, we sure could use your help in the office at this time.

I must say, it was a very hard decision to leave Angel Fire. I love the Village and I love our community. I accepted an opportunity and feel that it is a good choice for my career and my family. I will miss the many of you that I have gotten to know in my time here. Thank you for being so accepting and supportive! My personal email is malindalbrowning@yahoo.com if you’d like to keep in touch.

Best wishes to everyone and may the year to come be filled with blessings beyond your imagination!
