Thursday, March 4, 2021 Angel Fire will be hosting our second Covid-19 Point of Distribution (POD) vaccination event. It will be held at our Community Center, located at 15 CS Ranch Road and will run from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
As previously reported, this event is only open for those who have registered to receive the vaccine through the Department of Health (DOH) website at cvvaccine.nmhealth.org.
It is critically important that registrants complete the online Health Questionnaire when they register. If you have technical difficulty with the website you can call 1-855-600-3453, press option 0 for vaccine questions, and then option 4 for technical support.
IF YOU HAVE NOT REGISTERED, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE AN INVITATION FOR VACCINATION AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED AT THE EVENT.
The DOH will notify a pool of eligible registrants (1A and 1B) within our region that the vaccine is available with a special event code. This is done entirely through the DOH. Please do not show up at the event without an appointment and/or special event code.
This will not be your only opportunity to schedule an appointment. The DOH will reach out and notify you of additional opportunities in the future.
VERY IMPORTANT: YOU MUST COMPLETE YOUR HEALTH SELF-ASSESSMENT ONLINE PRIOR TO ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME.
Please do not show up at the event prior to 15 minutes before your appointment. Expect to spend 45-60 minutes for the complete process from administrative registration/verification, vaccination and post vaccine health check. The Community Center is closed to anyone not working the event or not having an appointment to receive the vaccine.
